so we went to Nishizawa vally in Yamanashi to enjoy beautiful autumn colors.
was a bit cold, but very sunny and good day to hike on the mountain road.
there are many waterfall, and felt such a fresh air.
smelling green, water, trees, stones... and listen to nature sounds ...
was really natural therapy day for me.

i really love being in nature.
today, we walked a lot and my legs got a bit tired,
but healed my mind and brain big time.

今日は秋の紅葉を楽しみに
西沢渓谷に友達と行ってきました。
3~4時間で回れる１０kmコース。
21世紀に残したい日本の自然１００選に選ばれているだけあって
大小様々の滝は本当に素晴らしかったです。水もとてもきれい。
山の中の自然の音、水の音、葉のこすれる音、木の音、鳥の声などに
本当に癒されました。
山も紅葉で美しかったなぁ。。。
もうすぐ寒い季節に突入です。
その前に秋を大満喫。
