Baking day
My oven was working so busy from this morning today.
And now I am having a little break.
When I was staying in LA, I visited to many cafe shops
during I was moving to many yoga studios.
and I found very nice cafe shop in Abbot Kinney.

This place became one of my favorite cafe shop in the world!
such a cool place and Coffee and baked goods are so so good!
specially I love their scone so much!!
I am totally interested in scone since then.
They waked me up totally.
today is the fist day
I tried to bake my plain Biscuit.
This is like a first lesson.
How was it?
Of course YUMMY!!
this baking book become my bible.

今日は朝から焼き焼きの日
我が家のオーブンはフル回転
家の中は甘い香りでいっぱいです。
ロスにステイしている間
ヨガスタジオ移動中に
沢山のカフェに行きました。
そこで出会ってしまったcafeに一目惚れ
何度か通いました。
コーヒーも焼き菓子も
溜まらなく美味しい！
店内の内装から働いているスタッフまで
本当に言うことないくらい
かっこいい！

そこで食べたスコーンが忘れられず
そんなに美味しいスコーンを日本で見つけるのは難しい。。。
ならば作れるようになってしまおう
っと言うことで
まずはプレーンビスケットから作ってみました。
そしてその出来上がりは？
おいしいぃ〜〜〜〜！
やればできるじゃん！
これから
スコーン作りにはまってみようと思います。
この本は私のバイブルになるな。
コーヒーにスコーンがある朝
最高です。
おいしいスコーンが作れるようになるまで
まだまだ修行は続きます。
次は何を作ろうかな〜
