life is not just funny thing.

life is not just happy thing.

I really  learn yesterday. 

I stabbed my left hand by knife when i was scooping out the part of  onion. 

what's a hell after wonderful trip!!

I'm very stupid!!

Now i have to find out  how to survive with my right hand.

use my brain more than hand.

it's quite good training
for my sleeping brain.
don't you think so?

人生楽しいことばかりではないのである。

昨日学びました。

２〜３ヶ月の間

左手は使いものになりません。

右手だけでできることを

勉強する

機会がやってきちゃったなぁ。。。

手よりも
頭を使う

いいトレーニングになりそうだわ。。。

traveling to Monument Valley

one of my dream came true.

visited to Southwest  of US and went to Monument Valley 

where i really wanted to go in my life.

and i spent a really wonderful time in each place.

saw amazing beautiful vistas, great landscape, colors of sky, sun, huge rocks, clear air...etc

i could feel earth so much. 

and i met nice people and yoga teachers.

visited many studio and took many lesson for my yoga practice.

i learned a lot of thing in this trip.

really want to go back soon.

maybe one day again.

また一つ夢が叶いました。

アメリカの南西部、モニュメントバレーは人生の中で一度は行きたいと思っていた場所

そのタイミングが急にやってきて

やっと行くことができました。

太陽の光と美しい空の色、壮大なラウンドスケープを目の前にして

すばらしい自然の姿に地球を感じることのできた旅。

自分に没頭できた時間でもありました。

沢山の人と触れあい

素晴らしい先生たちにも出会うことができた。

そして沢山のヨガのプラクティス

今回のアメリカの旅は忙しい旅だったけれど

本当によかった。

またいつか戻ります。
