yesterday,

we had a very chill & nice workshop at Mishim  atelier shop.

my first aroma workshop was  little successful.

had just two students(oh no!! ), but could teach more aroma details in the lesson.

and also i could have a time to make my own eye pillow, too. (nice!)

put natural herbs of lavender, juniper berry and pepper mint inside,

the scent is fantastic for tired eyes.  

anyway, we had a very charming and enjoyable afternoon.

昨日は

お友達のmishimさんにて私の初のアロマワークショップでした。

コラボレーションということで一緒に共同してできるものとして

mishimさんに沢山ストックしている可愛い布を使用したアイピローを作ることにしました。

計画してから約２ヶ月。途中、タイ旅行なども入ってしまったため、準備はバタバタ。。。

生徒さんは残念ながら２名だけでしたが、妊婦さんもいたこともあり、

嗅覚と脳の働きや女性の身体について、ハーブの効用や注意事項などについて、

などなど、とても濃い講義をすることができました。

私たちまで生徒さんたちと一緒にmyアイピローを作ることもできてしまったり(year!!)

私的には大満足なワークショップでした。

the big typhoon No.6 is coming up to Japan.

raining heavily and so windy... now and before.

hope it's not gonna be worse than now for  my students 

who are coming to my Yoga class tonight.

i made these two different aroma freshener for them.

the one was mixed with peppermint and Lemongrass.

and other one was mix with peppermint, sweet orange and petitgrain.

both are very good for refreshing air and mind, specially in summer.

hope they will like them.

台風６号は

どこにいるのやら？

降ったり止んだり、これから一体どうなるのだろうか？

今晩は19時からゆっくりとyogaのレッスン。

生徒さんたちが来るころには

ひどくなっていませんように。。。

そんな中ここまで来てくださるっということなので

夏用のRoomフレッシュナーを作りました。

ペパーミントとレモングラス

ペパーミント、スウィートオレンジとプチグレン

両方とも夏のこのジメジメした空気やぐったりしてしまうマインドを

リフレッシュしてくれます。

気に入ってもらえるかな。。。

さあ。。。今日もいっぱいのびのびしよう。。。

went to THE TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2011 opening yesterday.

was a bit interesting to see many kinds of original art, photograph, illustration books and zines.

i got some zine from my friends  " guse ars " & " Seigo Miwa ".

i want to make child Zine one day, too....

昨日は

THE TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2011のオープニングに行ってきました。

沢山のアート,写真、絵本、イラストなどの本やZINEが出展されていました。

いつかオリジナルのZINEの絵本を作りたいと以前から思っていたので

いろいろな作り方やデザインのアイデアをみるのはおもしろかったです。

今回購入したのはお友達の " guse ars " & " Seigo Miwa "のZINE

Mt TAKAO

some photos from yesterday.
i went to Mt.Takao with my friends to escape from concrete jungle a bit.
feeling nature, fresh air, green and bird songs..... oh.. it was such a wonderful....
Standing 599 m (1,965 ft )tall  is not so high, so the view from top was not so dynamic,
but still we enjoyed hiking for an hour and a half,
and also our target was Takao beermount (beer garden )!!!!
climbing from 16:00, then arrived to top at 17:30,
raised our beer glass at 18:00, time was brilliantly perfect!!!
we had a big big beer and food, finally after lovely hiking.  was Great!!
if u come to Tokyo in the summer time, why not go?
feel and see a bit of  Tokyo from top of Mt.Takao♡

 昨日は
昼間の照りつける太陽が少し弱くなってくる16時過ぎから
高尾山の頂上目指してお友達とハイキング　ハイキング♪♪
山の中は予想していたより涼しく、風もありとても気持ちがよかったです。

坂道は結構キツいので、汗でタオルはびっしょり。。。
足もお尻も痛〜い！！　
でもその後には素晴らしいご褒美が。。。
初高尾山ビアマウントお〜〜〜！！

標高599mの高尾山。
１時間半かけて頂上へ ( 到着 @ 17:30)
そしてビアガーデンで 乾〜杯   @ 18:00
なんとも、すばらしいタイミングですね。
沢山汗をかいた後のビールは最高！！　
ビュッフェの飲み放題で、たこ焼き機や鍋無料レンタル、
流しそうめんや綿あめ機まであったなア〜。

予約した方が夜景の見えるテーブルで飲めますが
８月いっぱいまで予約がいっぱいとのこと。
普通の席でも十分楽しめますが、
せっかくだから今度は夜景の見えるテーブルで夕涼みしたいものです。
山はやっぱりきもちいい。。。
９月の予約してまた行こうっと。。。

3.11 Ehon Project Iwate

finished making a puppet for "3.11 Ehon Project Iwate". 
they has been collecting children's books and sending them to the children of northeast Japan
in area stricken by the earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011.
i am very happy to have this opportunity that  i can do something for northwest Japan by  my own way.
  was such a fun and i got so excited about making big head puppet, 
 trying to improve how to make a puppet in this time again. (actually, it wasn't easy....) 
but i hope i got better and i will be  more  better later.  
i found a big fun for this creation, so next show will be animal puppet or monster puppet.....whatever
 it's just an idea for next show( i don't know when but maybe one day....)
anyway,  hope the children like my worm.

" 3.11 絵本プロジェクトいわて " さんにプレゼントする
絵本読会用の芋虫パペットが完成しました。
被災地の子供たちに絵本を届けるというこのプロジェクト。絵本読みするときにパペットがあったら子供たちも盛り上がるかも！？
っという関係者のお友達の提案からお話をいただき、製作することになりました。
とっても私っぽいやり方で、こうして協力できること、この機会をいただいたことに感謝です。


それにパペットづくりは大変だけど、中々おもしろい！
いつかパペット作りの名人！？になれるように
もうちょっと勉強しなくちゃ！（まだまだ改善の余地あり）
動物や怪物やいろいろなへんてこなパペットたちがいっぱいいたらおもしろそう〜じゃない？

どうか岩手のキッズちゃんたちが
この芋虫ちゃんを怖がりませんように！（祈）
