Bondageeez @ Brown door

yes, it's on,

Ocho exhibition started from last Sunday. 

we hanged our  Bondageeez dolls from a ceiling,

and sold many Bondageeez pretty well, already. And Ocho also sold many stuff,too.

the show was such a hit and doing goooood!

there are still some more fun.

the show will close on Sunday! ( hurry up! hurry up!)

the last day we will have a closing party.

we are truly grateful for your visits!

i found something what i have to do and what i want to do.
but i still don't know what i can do for them.

it was impossible to feel the same like a people living Kesennuma and Sanriku area.
i was having a such a shallow thought.
really regretted my self why i wanted to go there.

it was not a sightseeing or anything.
i just need to stop my stupid mouth and do something.

so...

sorry for not showing many photos here.

before, i was thinking i should take many photos to show you what is happening there.
but  after i came back from Kesennuma, i am not feeling like that anymore.
maybe someone do, not me.

i really hope
Tohoku recover from the earthquake as soon as possible,
and 　
we can go to travel  around in Miyagi and camp out the beach side.

宮城気仙沼、南三陸の炊き出しから帰り、
自分の考え方がとても浅はかだったことに深く反省。

ある日
すべてが海にさらわれ
沢山のものがその街から消えてしまいました。

家、人、思い出。。。
自分にとってとても大切だったものを沢山失ってしまった気持ち
ガスも水も電気もない場所で集団で生活をしている人たちの気持ち
東京で普通に不便なく生活している私には到底分かるはずがないのです。

以前は震災地の写真を沢山撮って

現地の状況をこのblogでみなさんにお伝えしようと思っていました。

っが、どこか興味本意的な思いがあった自分。

未だ、自衛隊の人たちが毎日頑張って捜索、瓦礫の撤去をしています。

沢山の方々が命を失った場所で写真を撮りまくっている自分が

本当に馬鹿なヤツに思えてしまった。

写真は記録用に撮ってくださる方に任せて

私は私の役割を果たそう。

わたしにできることを少しづつでも。

継続は力なり
時間はかかってしまうかもしれないけれど
いつか宮城をキャンプしながら旅行したい。

だから
東北が元気になるまでがんばります。

an  hour later i am  going to Minamisanriku in Miyagi for soup-run.

the earthquake disaster  wasn't so big in Tokyo.

so i couldn't think much seriously that it was huge fact we really experienced in my life, honestly.

but after i saw this real video,

i was shocked. 

it was not dream, 

it was not movie,

it was happened in Japan.

we are going to this area.

many people are still living so hard over there.

i don't have a much money.

i don't have a power. 

but i want to  find something what i can do.

明日

友達たちと宮城の南三陸に炊き出しに行くことになりました。

そして自分の行く街にどんなことが起こったのか

映像で見ておこうとyou tubeの生映像を見てみました。

それは夢でもなく

映画でもなく

本当に起きた事だったんだと

ピシャリと頬を叩かれたような気がしました。

東京は無事でした。

だから、すでに人々は普通の生活に戻り始め

本当にすごいことが母国で起こったっという記憶が

頭から消え去ろうとしています。

勿論、それが普通の流れだとも思っています。

正直、わたしもその中の一人で

未だ何が起こったのか実感が沸いていないし、

完全に以前と同じ普通の生活を戻り、

募金箱におつりのいくらかを入れるくらいしかしていませんでした。

でも東北では沢山の人たちが

とても大変な状況の下、心身ともに過酷な生活を未だしています。

私には沢山のお金もないし

世間を動かせるような大きな力もありません。

でも自分になにかできることがあるか探してきてみようと思います。

MATT MAD enchilada party

all Mexican foods MATT cooked last night were GREEEEAAAT!!

we totally knocked out by his mad mad enchiladas!

and Misumi made some pickles, paprika marinette and roast pork for us.

they were also such a lovely,too.

we had a such a wonderful foods and big fun!

FROM PORTLAND WITH LOVE

hello everyone.

did u have a fun weekend? or still having nice weekend now?

our nice, funny, kind,charming,lovely .... (well....what's else ....?)

great friend MATT came from Portland to exhibit a charity art show

"FROM PORTLAND WITH LOVE " at HATOS BAR

to benefit the earthquake and tsunami relief effort in Japan.

He runs his own gallery in Portland " HELLION GALLERY "

D actually has joined a group show " Bridge and Bashi " Hellion Gallery x Breeze Block

(actually, the first bridge photo in the web page was taken by D.  )     click ↑

He always curates many good show of undiscovered artists from around the world.

i hope i can visit his place one day or join his show...

or play with his many crazy doggies.

anyway,

we really appreciate this such a friendly and great his action.

tomorrow, we r goin' to have his enchilada party at my place.

Dreams come true

when i was very little, 

i was drawing and painting all the time.

and i went crazy to make a lots of small felt dolls from my drawing.

my cousin and me were always playing OMAMAGOTO 

with our hand made dolls.

OMAMAGOTO is like a play house, play friends,couple or play family .....

by using toys and dolls. (you did, too? right? )

my crazy felt monsters were always jumping and flying everywhere with my hands.

and i dreamed a lot with them in a fantastic strange world like a "Alice In Wonderland"  　　

we always played and went off on adventure  all night in my head.

but when i woke up, i realized 

it was just my dream, 

so they don't move and they don't talk,neither. 

when my night was over my dream was over.

i was always disappointed about these fact. 

but my dreams came true.

 

my puppet are playing in the music video " Rachel " by Chara.

i want to say thank you for Takumi Shiga.

and thank you for  CROMANYON san.

小さい頃

わたしはいつもお絵かきばかりしている子でした。

一時期フェルトで人形を作るのに没頭して

従姉妹といつも祖父の家で

人形を作って遊んでいました。

そのヘンテコな人形や沢山のオモチャたちで

おままごともよくしていたなぁ。。。

まるで人形やオモチャたちを生きているかのように

手で動かして

自分たちでしゃべりながら

お父さん役やお母さん役

兄弟、友達、彼女、彼氏役を

子供ながらにみんなで

なりきって演じていた訳です。

今思うと、おままごとって本当にすごい :->

そして夜布団に入った後

そのヘンテコモンスターたちと

いつも夢の中で一緒に冒険してました。

ニルスのふしぎな旅やポールのミラクル大作戦を見た後は

本当にひどかった気がします。

そして３０後半になった今

自分の作った人形たちが生きているかのように

動いて遊んでいるのを

見ることができました。

夢が本当になっちゃった。

映像はどんなことも可能にしてしまうのです。

すごいなぁ。。。

しかも

いつまでもとってもファンキーで可愛らしい

素敵なアーティストcharaさんのＭＶで。。。

who am i ?

新しいwebを製作中のため

これまでやってきた個展やワークショップなどの

写真の整理をしなければいけなくなりました。　

flickr を始めたのは2007年ぐらいからだったため、

それ以前に開催したものをすっかりほったらかしにしていました。

これを機会にちゃんとまとめようと戸棚からハードディスクを取り出し

2006年からの記録を探して写真の現像、編集作業を一日中することに。

福井、鳥取、ロサンゼルス、下北。。。。

信じられないほどの沢山の写真の数

色々な場所を訪れ

色々な人たちに出会い

作品を作りまくって

駆け巡っていた頃の自分がそこにはいました。

とても沢山の人たちに

自分は支えられていたんだなぁ。。。

勉強ばかりで引きこもりがちになっていた自分

最近は自分のことばかりで

いつのまにか他の人のことを気にしなくなっていたのかも。。。

おてんとさまの下を元気にどこでも歩き回って

みんなと楽しんでいた頃のように

もっとお外に出て行かなくちゃね。

写真が残っていて本当によかった。。。

D asked me to make a knitting basket bag last week.

he has too many remotes to control for TV, DVD, satellite TV and speakers.

so he can not carry all of them to the sofa for watching TV all the time.

so i worked to help him.

how u doing then?

i have been enjoying my break for a week after finished two schools.

do not study, do not think about exam, do not train much....

just make something, going to yoga studio,working for  my new website and...

started preparing for group show again that was delayed because of the earthquake.

but i don't know exactly when it is going to start

so i will inform you about this group show later...

and also

i started working at GO SLOW CAFE and YUkkuriTO CAFE from last weekend.

Farmers market sales such a lovely vegetable. 

very very fresh but not expensive ( i love the point !)  

i love VEGE  and  they love VEGE, too.

they use a lot of fresh vegetable for cooking.

so the meal of the cafe are also fantastic for me!! 

so if you are around

if you want to buy fresh vege

if you want to eat nice food

please come come come!! 

we have many wonderful spring vegetable!

さむいですねぇ。。。

4月とは思えないような寒さです。

桜は咲き始めたものの、なんとなく昨年のような華やかさはなく

さくらも気を利かせて抑え気味に咲き始めたような。。。

でもきっとこれから　ぱ〜〜〜〜っと

薄桃色の花を沢山街中にちりばめて

春を感じさせてくれるでしょう。

先月予定していたグループ展ですが

地震の為に延期になっていました。。。っが、

今月の末に開催されるようです。

まだ詳細がよくわからず、とりあえずただただ作品を作ってます。

もっと詳しいことは分かり次第お伝えしますね。

世田谷ものづくり学校の中にある

 GO SLOW CAFEと

二子玉川にある

FARMERS MARKETの２Ｆにある

ゆっくりとCAFEで働き始めました。

FARMERS MARKETの１Ｆには

地域農家さんから生産されるとっても新鮮な野菜を販売しています。

最近の料理は殆ど野菜中心になってきた私にとって

瑞々しい野菜を見ているとウキウキしてきます。

とっても新鮮なのにそんなに高くない。（すばらしい!!)

我が家のモンスターたちも大喜びしています。（上の写真参照）

ゆっくりとcafeでは新鮮な野菜をた〜くさん使用して料理しているので

すっごくおいしい！！

平日はゆっくりとcafe のlunch time

週末のどちらかはGO SLOW cafe 

にいると思います。。。

お近くに来た方、美味しい春野菜を買いたい方

美味しいlunchを食べたい方
